On Air Dolomiti flights with a Masi menu for Christmas

Masi lends its touch of style to the Christmas Edition of the Settimocielo on-board catering service of Air Dolomiti, the Italian subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group. After having served passengers throughout 2018 with selected labels as the airline's “On-board Wine Cellar”, Masi closes the year with a taste of the Masi Wine Experience, offering a menu in which Masi wines are not just accompaniments, but also ingredients of the dishes on offer.

From 20 December, Business Class passengers will be able to enjoy the flavours on offer at the Masi Wine Experience locations (of which there will soon be seven, with the opening of the Masi Wine Bar at Cortina), the premium wine tasting experience promoted by the Masi brand. An extraordinary itinerary which enables visitors to discover the Group's groweries, cellars and wines, as well as the foods typical of Masi's native territory.

The initiative, the conclusion of a year of highly satisfactory collaboration with Air Dolomiti, reaffirms Masi's mission to develop a multichannel, premium distribution of its products, with high added value projects and partners of outstanding quality like Air Dolomiti.

Masi's iconic wines will be the highlights of the dishes served on-board, like Coppa refined with Campofiorin, Formaggio Ubriaco al Costasera, and Panettone al Campofiorin Brulè accompanied by a selection of outstanding wines including Nectar Campofiorin, Colbaraca Soave Classico, and Valdobbiadene Millesimato Extra Dry by Canevel.

But the tour through the flavours of the Veneto, guided by Masi Wine Experience, does not come to an end when the plane touches down: all Air Dolomiti passengers who present their boarding pass and the downloadable voucher (available on board from the Inflight Entertainment platform) are invited to visit the Masi Tenuta Canova at Lazise del Garda, where they can view the vineyards, the grape drying lofts, the wine cellar with its wooden ageing barrels and the Masi Wine Discovery Museum, and enjoy a tasting of selected wines.
