Red-tinged soil, deep and loose with marly limestone origins, producing both good quantities and excellent quality grapes. The classic grape varieties, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara (Serego Alighieri clone), are used to make Casal dei Ronchi, a fruity, perfumed and sweet Recioto.
