At Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella
Masi’s historic base is in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. Visitors here see the drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Masi’s expertise is known around the world, followed by a visit to the cellars, amongst the biggest in Italy, including the experimental cellar where the Masi Technical Group apply and evaluate the most up to date technology for vinification and refinement.
