The last summer event was "Picnic in the Vineyards", held yesterday at the noble Tenuta Serego Alighieri, one of Valpolicella’s oldest estates, belonging to direct descendants of Dante the poet.
Led by Company President Sandro Boscaini, staff put on a relaxed and informal afternoon for members of the Masi Investor Club in the form of a summer picnic accompanied by live music, food, and of course, Masi wines.
The next appointments for the Investor Club will be the Signing of the Barrels during the 36th Masi Prize on Saturday 30 September 2017, where pre-registered members can take part too, and the Amarone Cooking Class on 4 November 2017, which will be a unique opportunity to experiment with dishes using Amarone as an ingredient accompanied by an impromptu tasting of Masi's flagship wines.
Since the launch of the Masi Investor Club membership numbers have grown consistently, and their loyalty to the company has been demonstrated.
The Club regularly puts on events for its members - all of whom hold at least 1000 shares in the company - to bring investors nearer to the wine world and make them part of the family.
It's the only one of its kind in Italy and it also plans to give members access to limited edition wines and special releases of top vintages. Other projects include special events as part of the Masi Wine Experience, Masi's culture and hospitality programme that sees the company open the doors of its historic headquarters in Valpolicella and other places where the company's style and values prevail.
