The Technical Group, in collaboration with the Department of Viticulture and Oenology at University of Milan, has launched an experimental project for the vinification of native grapes and the maturation of the wines they produce. The project is carried out with the aid of an experimental winery equipped with avant-garde technology.

The specific theme studied in current research is the use of modern biotechnologies and their different applications in winemaking. The whole project is officially recognised by the Ministry of Instruction, Universities and Research.
