“Wine first” is the principle behind our hospitality concept, which turns the axiom of wine as a mere 'accompaniment' to food on its head. This is why wine is highlighted as the main choice and our Chef's food dishes, renewed periodically, are paired with it. The aim is always to enhance the characteristics of the wine with the food, and the wine itself is often used as an ingredient.
