MASI MAZZANO 2012 (96/100)
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico docg
Plums, blackberries, violets and blueberries. Some sultanas. Full-bodied with firm, toned tannins that are polished and beautiful. It’s reserved and beautiful throughout. Goes on for minutes. Drink after 2022, but already very pretty.

MASI CAMPOLONGO DI TORBE 2012 (95/100)
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico docg
Lots of dried berries, leaves, violets and lavender with some sandalwood on the nose. It’s full-bodied with chewy, rich tannins and plenty of fruit to coat them. It’s layered and flavorful. Pretty now, but another year or two will make it even better.

MASI COSTASERA RISERVA 2015 (94/100)
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico docg
Very attractive blackberries, dried fruit with figs and violets on the nose. It’s full-bodied with a dense, rich palate of fruit and firm tannins and a fruity, driven aftertaste. Lovely sweet fruit at the end.

MASI BROLO CAMPOFIORIN 2017 (92/100)
Rosso Verona IGT
Dark berries, chocolate and toasted oak with some black-tea undertones. It’s full-bodied, yet reserved and polished with a pretty texture and soft, round tannins, presented in a less than obvious way.

MASI CAMPOFIORIN 2017 (91/100)
Rosso Verona IGT
A juicy, fruity red with dried-berry, morello-cherry and lemon-zest aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and a flavorful finish.

MASI BONACOSTA 2019 (90/100)
Valpolicella Classico doc
A fresh, fruity valpo with some focus and tension. Firm, smoky character to the dark-berry and cherry flavors. Drink now.
