Sparkling Night with Canevel

A sparkling dinner dedicated to elegant Canevel sparkling wines and the freshness of sea fish

Masi Wine Bar Munich, Thursday 25 May - 7pm

Based in the historic heart of Prosecco production, Canevel produces fine sparkling wines in Valdobbiadene: wines with a strong sense of identity, full of freshness, fragrance and unique complexity, characterised by subtle, elegant bubbles like silk (the term “Setàge” comes from “seta”, the Italian for silk).

This special dinner with tasting will be held in the charming outdoor courtyard of the Masi Wine Bar in the moonlight and we will have the pleasure of discovering the precious Crus: Campofalco produced from organically grown grapes, Terre del Faè and Rosa del Faè, the original rosé produced from marzemino grapes, accompanied by special pairings.
