The Managing Director of Masi Agricola, Federico Girotto, has been appointed one of the nine members of the Technical Committee of AssoAIM, the trade association of companies listed on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange.
The Committee is made up of a task force of professionals tasked with bringing greater know-how and structure to research on issues of interest to listed companies, with the aim of improving governance and standards of transparency, thereby making the market more efficient and addressing its various problems, in collaboration with other institutions and the supervisory authorities.
