Since 1697, the Counts Bossi Fedrigotti have been handing down a passion for their land and the wine characteristics that best express the aromas and flavours of the Dolomites.

Since the 1800s, the Counts have been producing their “schampagne”, as it is termed in the historic family documents. The tradition continues with this classic method dedicated to "Count Federico", characterised by an unmistakeable bouquet, thanks to the traditional Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes and the lengthy time spent on the yeasts.

On Friday 22nd September, the Conti Bossi Fedrigotti estate will open up its doors to the public for an exclusive dinner based around the Conte Federico Trentodoc Riserva: a four-course meal accompanied by a selection of four different vintages disgorged at the moment and presented personally by the producer.

It is a unique opportunity to visit the estate and discover the long history and traditions.
